POTVASE

The Potvase is a fresh take on the humble terracotta pot. Dutch designer Klaas Kuiken captured its familiar shape in a hand-blown glass vase. Skilled glassblowers mould the glass around the terracotta pot so the two fit perfectly together. The contrast between glass and clay makes it a poetic object, with or without flowers.

Use the glass on its own as a vase or combine it with the pot for plants. A conversation piece for the dining table, windowsill or bookshelf.
